President & CEO

Tomitchell C. Pratcher is the President and CEO of Dream Release Inc., a Jacksonville nonprofit committed to advancing economic equity and expanding opportunity for underserved individuals, youth, and families. Grounded in the values of equity, education, empowerment, and community, she works to create meaningful pathways for personal growth, career development, stable communities, and lasting impact.

Heidi Collins

Director of Strategic Development, Grants & Community Partnerships

Heidi Collins is a Jacksonville community-development professional, grant writer, and Florida real estate professional with a passion for building stronger opportunities for youth, families, and underserved communities. As Director of Strategic Development, Grants & Community Partnerships, she supports Dream Release through grant strategy, partnership development, program design, funding readiness, and measurable impact planning. Heidi is the founder of Grant Ink Co. LLC and President/CEO of Renovo Global Inc., where her work centers on turning community needs into sustainable, fundable solutions.

Tomitchell C. Pratcher

Executive Director & Program Director

As Executive Director and Program Director of Dream Release, Inc., Tomitchell C. Pratcher oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of all programming serving Jacksonville youth ages 11–18. She manages the Academic & Athletic Excellence Center — where students receive academic recovery support, STEM and career exploration, mentorship, and athletic development Monday through Friday — ensuring every young person who walks through the doors has access to the structure, resources, and encouragement they need to thrive. Her leadership bridges the gap between program vision and on-the-ground execution, building a culture where education, wellness, and athletic excellence go hand in hand.

Lena Taylor

Athletic Director

A former champion boxer, martial artist, and youth advocate with 20+ years of experience, Lena made the USA Boxing Team at 17 and earned national championship recognition — earning her the title "First Lady of Boxing." A third-degree black belt, she leads Dream Release's athletic development vision, creating structured opportunities for youth to build strength, character, academic focus, and competitive skill, with a focus on college athletics, Olympic-level competition, and professional boxing pathways.
